The Story Behind This Hacker News Video: On October 18 (my first day in Holland for the Amsterdam Dance Event), I talked about Syd Lawrence….. who is not just an above-average hacker but a creative one, who also happens to make money from he does, and who has a large following worldwide. I’d say that he is the coolest hacker in the world, but this would offend some other really cool people. So, I will just say that I think Syd is awesome and is worth your time. So, Syd Lawrence is from the UK and is the man behind Toma.hk and Instac.at and many other cool development projects. And so today, as promised, I present to you the video where this Syd Lawrence talks to a small audience about his life and about his development projects. I personally recorded this video in Amsterdam. It is quite entertaining, and I urge you to watch the whole thing – it is very raw and very cool.
